 Chief Operating Officer

Mike Demetreu is the operational lead of MKD Executive Services LLC. As a service‑disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he directs the company’s program delivery, subcontractor management, pricing strategy, customer‑facing execution, and field operations.

Mike brings more than 20 years of experience in government contracting, secure facility operations, ISR platforms, classified OCONUS mission support, and defense‑related program execution. His background includes operational and leadership roles supporting SOCPAC, INDOPACOM, and other U.S. defense agencies across the Asia‑Pacific region.

His expertise spans site operations, subcontractor performance, logistics, mission assurance, secure construction coordination, aviation‑based ISR programs, RF electronics, hyperspectral ISR platforms, and SCIF infrastructure coordination. At MKD, Mike ensures that all operational activities align with customer requirements, security expectations, and mission timelines.

At MKD, Mike directs execution across Asia-Pacific mission support activities and ensures the company’s work is aligned with customer requirements, security expectations, operational realities, and mission timelines.

 Vice President

Kimberly Demetreu brings more than 25 years of experience in business strategy, technology consulting, operational leadership, process improvement, and vendor management. Her background includes leadership and consulting work with global firms including Accenture, Avanade, and Rightpoint Consulting.

Kim supports the company’s business operations, process discipline, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and scalable back-office infrastructure. Her experience supporting complex enterprise transformation efforts helps strengthen our approach to controlled growth, operational readiness, and disciplined execution.
